Fawn Brook White
A semi-sweet Riesling blend. Fresh nose of cantaloupe, tropical fruit, and peaches. Crisp granny-smith apple, vanilla, and more fruit on the tongue, finishing with light and fresh tannins.
MARDI GRAS WHITE
Beautifully fragrant, floral and herbal nose, full of tropical fruit on the palate, finishing with ripe apricot.
ROSE'
A semi-dry, crisp rose with cherry and grapefruit on the palate. Finishes with buttery vanilla.
Fawn Brook Red
Bright and crisp nose of chocolate cherry and wood-smoke, smooth vanilla and lingering sour cherry on the palate. Finishes with long vanilla tannins and more chocolate.
MARDI GRAS RED
Complex coffee and chocolate on the nose, young cherries and flowers on the palate. Explodes with more cherries and finished with soft tannins of coffee and vanilla.
